HOLD POLICY
Members are allowed to place their account on hold two times within a calendar year for up to three biweekly cycles each time. There is no fee for placing a hold on your membership. After the three biweekly cycles on hold, your membership will go back to auto-billing at your normal rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to make any changes to your account, please email coach@ironcladcrossfit.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. We have a 30 day written cancellation policy. Six month and twelve month contracts are subject to a $200 early cancellation fee if the membership is canceled prior to its expiration.
